Hello! I’m Nicole LoPresti~ Thanks for being here. Welcome to my virtual studio where we Move, Breathe, and Contemplate together.

Nicole is an Artist, Yoga Facilitator, and Biofield Tuning practitioner. Deeply intrigued by human thought, behavior, and emotion, she pursued formal studies in psychology at Rivier University in New Hampshire. As her curiosity about the nervous system, stress, and trauma deepened, she traveled to Bali, Indonesia to complete a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and expand her healing toolbox.
This path eventually led her to discover Biofield Tuning amidst the rolling hills of Vermont. With each step, she has continued weaving together the threads of her life’s journey—integrating psychology, yoga, tuning forks, personal experience, and both academic and intuitive wisdom. Through this integrative approach, she develops healing practices that support an authentic, embodied, and empowered sense of Self.
About the Offerings
Nicole offers a calm, supportive environment in both her yoga classes and Biofield Tuning sessions. You’ll feel safe as you develop awareness of body, mind, and breath, gently shifting from tension toward ease and expansion.
What makes this work unique is Resonance. As a highly sensitive practitioner with finely attuned senses, I listen deeply—to emotions, stories, and subtle signals in the body and energy field—with the intention of witnessing what’s present and supporting meaningful transformation. Using tuning forks, breathwork, mindful movement, intention, and focused attention, I help clear dissonance so your system can re-integrate, your inner signal can become clearer, and your capacity to respond to life is strengthened.

The Ember Cave:
The Ember Cave is the culmination of over 20 years of my studies in psychology and social work, yoga and spirituality, and Biofield Tuning and energy medicine.
It is a 3-month rolling program that begins in January, April, July, and October. Within the Cave, you’ll receive three or six individual Biofield Tuning sessions (depending on your preference), along with personalized notes after each session to support the integration of new patterns of thought and behavior.
The experience also includes a living playlist on Spotify and YouTube to encourage physical, mental, and emotional movement, as well as three group Zoom Councils where we gather to share experiences, inspirations, and receive support from fellow mEmbers in the Cave.

The Ember Cave is a 3-month immersive journey offered seasonally in January, April, July, and October. This experience weaves together individualized Biofield Tuning sessions, personalized integration notes, curated music for continued movement and reflection, and intimate group councils—creating a supportive container for deep listening, integration, and meaningful inner change.
